He has led growth initiatives for teams from Google and Nike to Amazon and Tesla, but always loved building and working with the earliest stages of startup, where he has personally engaged hundreds teams in SaaS, marketplace, ecom and retail.

During the first month you'll work closely with strategy director Zack Holland to analyze and audit where you are, study your ideal customer and market, develop the systems that are right for your specific business, and get those processes going - from content and community to media buying and creative. We'll end Month 1 in full agreement on the right direction for your marketing, and the team you'll need to get there (that fits in your budget).
How does the team building piece work?
Teams can lose entire funding rounds to a wrong marketing hire - that is not an exaggeration. Once you are aligned on a professional strategy, you'll work with talent director Alix Faden to recruit and hire the perfect-fit team, whether they are full-time employees, specialized freelancers, or vetted EAs. This will save you tens of thousands of dollars and ensure the strategy can be executed well.
What is Month 3 for?
Instead of leaving you with some plans and a team, the daydreamer pros will work directly with you and your new team to ensure everyone is trained, on the same page, and armed with the tools and automations they need to succeed. Then, we hand it off to you and say goodbye.
What if we want to work together in the future?
You can always reach out to engaged the daydreamer team as your marketing department grows - we'll always help fill new roles or replace ones that have to leave.
